What do you all want to learn to cook? That is what we would love to know. The Empowered Kitchen is here to empower YOU, and in order to do that, we need feedback to find out what would be most useful in your everyday life.
Do you want to learn to make quick, healthy breakfasts, or do you need snacks to grab and take with you for the day?
Are you trying to figure out how to cook for just one or two people, or for larger family meals? Is repurposing leftovers a challenge? Do you need ideas for new meals for gluten or dairy intolerant folks?
This month we are starting to look toward spring with a class on greens and salads, light pastas, pea shoot soup as well as some more comfort foods like risottos and gratins (a French-style casserole). Our Cook One Day a Week class is still available and is going to make another appearance in April, but with more spring-like ingredients. Stay tuned here and to the Share Denver website!
