To help everyone get through this time of the being at home to cook, I'm offering live, online cooking classes for kids and families to learn how to cook from the pantry and boost our immune systems.

Click below to see my first online class date/time offerings to help everyone stay sane during this time. 🙂

I'll offer ways to substitute what you have and your pantry to the best of my ability. An adult will need to be present at all times in the kitchen for class.

When you pay, I'll email you a link to the online video call, so you can tune in and participate live, or watch the recording later.

When you register I'll send you ingredient lists, equipment lists, recipes, and a short preparation list of what to prepare before class starts. (Will take 30 minutes for you to prep before class.)

You'll need to print the recipes, or have them available on another device if you'd like to follow along.

You'll need to spend 30 minutes prior to class to wash vegetables and prepare a few ingredients before class starts.

I want to know how to best help you!

Provide your feedback at this 4 question survey on times, dates and kinds of foods you'd like to learn how to use. Then I'll post more classes to support you as much as possible.

It's challenging for all of us, so let's make it a little more fun and delicious!

I think the good that can come from this is that we'll start some new traditions of ways to spend time with our loved ones, partners, kids and friends, either in person or over an online video call.

What would you like to pass along to your kids and loved ones during this time? Since we're all being forced to slow down, let's share some food traditions, see how we can stretch our food dollars, dig into the back of that pantry to cook what we have on hand (yes, that thing that's been in there for months...years) , and all stay as healthy as possible.
