Whiskey Pecan Tart with Sweet Pastry Dough

Learn how to make a wonderful sweet pastry dough you can use for fruit and nut tarts all year long!

(This is not a pie dough. It’s not flaky like pie dough. We’ll make a solid, sweet crust you’d find on a tart instead of a pie.

We’ll put together the perfect holiday tart with a little kick of whiskey for good measure. 😉 You’ll learn tips for making a great pastry dough.

Whiskey is optional, but recommended. 🙂 It really does add a great bit of extra flavor.

Equipment needs:

  • Rolling Pin

It’s recommended to have a tart pan with a removable bottom for this class, instead of a pie pan. If you only have a pie pan, the tart will still work.

Classes are family friendly and anyone in the household is welcome to join!
