You'll leave every class with a new cooking technique and fresh ideas for healthy, seasonal, plant-forward weeknight meals and dinner party dishes. We adapt for vegetarians and include light meat and seafood options for those who eat meat.

Katrina will come to the house or château you rent and teach a fabulous cooking class for your group. She'll purchase local and sustainably grown foods for your class whenever possible. In your class she'll show you simple and more advanced cooking techniques you can take home with you and use for a lifetime. Inquire below for menus. Substitutions can be made for vegetarians and vegans in most cases.

Learn how to make restaurant-quality food with simple, fresh, in-season ingredients & flavors from around the world.
