  • Jan 19th - Fresh, Homemade Pasta! Cavatelli with Marinara (Authentic Italian Recipes)
  • Jan 26th - Perfect Winter Salads: Fennel Citrus & Almond / Roasted Butternut with Kale, Apple & Feta / Endive, Walnut & Pear with Pomegranate Dressing

February:

  • Feb 9th - Duck with Porto Sauce & Passion Fruit Soufflé (class is 1.5 hours long)
  • Feb 16th - Tiramisu (authentic recipe from Italy)

March

  • Mar 2nd - Financiers: dainty French almond & hazelnut cakes
  • Mar 16h - Savory "cake" with artichockes and olives (this is a classic French appetizer)

April

  • April 6th - Perfect French Omelet
  • April 13th - Spanish Tortilla with Seasonal Vegetables

May

  • Fraisier (beautiful, classic French strawberry cake with mousseline cream)

  • Vegetable Millefeuille (thin layers of vegetables)

Join us whenever you can and learn with Katrina! She'll guide you through a new dish and you'll become a more confident and empowered cook.

You can cook along with her or simply watch and cook when you have time. You'll receive the recordings to watch later if you can't attend live.
