Are you planning a visit to France and staying in or near the department called Eure-et-Loir? It's about an hour southwest of the outskirts of Paris and is the home to the city of Chartres with a world-famous cathedral. Set up a private, custom cooking class for you or your group!

Katrina will come to the house or château you rent and teach a fabulous cooking class for your group. She'll purchase local and sustainably grown foods for your class whenever possible. In your class she'll show you simple and more advanced cooking techniques you can take home with you and use for a lifetime. Inquire below for menus. Substitutions can be made for vegetarians and vegans in most cases.

The goal is for you to have fun and find the joy in cooking with your loved ones in the kitchen.

What You Get

  • Your team members will receive a shopping list and equipment list before class.

  • We'll cook together for 90 minutes to 2 hours via Zoom and your team will have a delicious meal or beautiful dessert to enjoy after class.
